We have a vacancy for a maintenance person to join our team in a home-from-home environment.
We are looking for someone who prides themselves in their work, has a very high standard and attention to detail and most importantly has a kind and friendly approach.
The Maintenance Person is responsible for maintaining and repairing the home, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating. The role will also involve routine health and safety checks and emergency repairs. The nature of the work requires physical effort and the ability to think methodically and logically.
On occasion, you may be required to work weekends or out of hours in an emergency.
The role is initially for 16 hours per week, but it could increase depending on the work that needs to be done. The days of work can be flexible, taking into consideration residents' needs.
All candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and references.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.80 per hour
