Job Overview:
We are currently seeking Groundworkers to join our team in maintaining outdoor spaces and assisting with various construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Excavating and backfilling trenches
- Laying kerbs and slabs, driveways
- Installing drainage systems
- Operating small plant machinery such as diggers and dumpers
- Assisting with the construction of roads, paths, and car parks
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
Skills:
- Experience in groundworks or a similar role
- Ability to operate small plant machinery competently
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry
- Physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual labour tasks
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
