Convert Warm Inbound Leads for a Made-in-England Luxury Manufacturer
Are you someone who enjoys talking and developing client relationships over the phone?
We are looking for an internal Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on progressing and closing inbound sales leads for a luxury manufacturer producing high-end, made-in-England products.
This is a key role in managing high-value client relationships, ensuring every inbound enquiry is nurtured, developed, and converted into a successful sale. If you have a passion for luxury craftsmanship, sales, and client engagement, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognised brand.
The Role
You will be responsible for qualifying, nurturing, and converting inbound leads into sales, working closely with our sales and customer service team, ensuring potential clients experience the highest level of engagement, service, and expertise throughout the sales journey.
With full product and sales training, you will develop the confidence and technical knowledge required to present our British-made luxury products effectively, providing tailored solutions to a discerning client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with inbound leads from luxury interior designers, architects, and private clients.
- Building rapport and developing client relationships, ensuring every interaction is professional and personalised.
- Progressing sales enquiries from first contact through to order completion and after-sales service.
- Converting warm leads into confirmed sales, handling objections, and finalising deals with confidence.
- Preparing and delivering detailed quotations within agreed timescales.
- Tracking and managing all interactions using the company CRM system.
- Supporting the wider sales team to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Representing the brand at industry trade shows and exclusive events when required.
Who We’re Looking For
- Confident communicator who is happy making calls to warm leads
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a B2B, office-based sales role.
- Proven ability to progress warm inbound leads and close high-value sales.
- A keen interest in British craftsmanship, luxury interiors, and premium manufacturing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging approach.
- Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple enquiries.
- Confident in handling objections and negotiations to secure successful outcomes.
- Experience using CRM systems to track and manage sales pipelines.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, eager to maximise every sales opportunity.
- Holds a valid UK driving licence.
Experience within the luxury interiors, high-end manufacturing, or architectural sector is desirable but not essential.
