Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas within our establishment. Your efforts will contribute significantly to creating a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Ensure that all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
- Monitor and replenish supplies in restrooms and public areas to ensure guest comfort.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations throughout the facility.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
