Self-Employed Gardener Wanted
Join Our Growing Team at Marley Gardening – Grounds & Garden Maintenance!
We’re looking for a dedicated self-employed gardener to join our small but hardworking team. If you love working outdoors and take pride in creating well-maintained gardens, this could be the perfect role for you!
Location: Exmouth, Budleigh, and surrounding areas in East Devon
Hours: 18 - 24 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday, 8 AM - 2 PM (flexible based on weather)
Pay: £15 per hour
Typical Duties Include:
✔ Lawn mowing & strimming
✔ Weeding & leaf blowing
✔ Hedge cutting & pruning shrubs
✔ Planting bulbs & general tidy-ups
No two days are the same, offering varied work throughout the week and across the seasons!
What We’re Looking For:
- Gardening and plant knowledge is a bonus but not essential.
- Experience working at heights is useful but not required.
- Own transport between jobs is useful but not essential for the right candidate.
Equipment Provided: We supply all necessary tools, but if you have your own tools and transport, there may be opportunities for additional hours and pay.
