Good afternoon,
My client is seeking an experienced Multi Trade to join their team on void works in the Torbay area, with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the social housing sector, and the role offers a competitive rate of £21 per hour. For the right candidate, there is the potential for this role to become permanent.
Key Details:
- Role: Multi Trade
- Location: Torbay Area
- Rate: £21 per hour
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
- Start: Immediate
- Sector: Social Housing (Void Works)
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar multi-trade role.
- A carpentry qualification is highly desirable.
- A valid UK driving license and own transport are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fitting kitchens
- Replacing doors
- Wallpaper stripping
- Painting and decorating
- Replacing bathrooms
- Rubbish clearance
- Some demolition work
