They are now seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to take a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, leadership, and support within the service.

What We’re Looking For:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid UK NMC pin
- Proven experience in a senior nursing or leadership role
- Strong understanding of complex care needs, particularly physical and long-term neurological conditions
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide colleagues
- A commitment to person-centred care, promoting dignity, respect, and independence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times
- Lead and support the nursing team, acting as a role model for best practice
- Oversee the safe administration of medications and treatments, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Develop, review, and implement individualised care plans, working closely with residents, families, and the wider care team
- Monitor residents’ health and well-being, responding promptly to changes in their condition
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control procedures
- Conduct audits, implement quality improvements, and contribute to CQC compliance
- Support, mentor, and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance residents' quality of life
