We work for major House Builders and Main Contractors as well as Private Customers.
We are recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our friendly family run business
Good knowledge of Soft Landscape construction and leading others is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Turfing
- Tree and shrub planting
- Bark mulching
- Grass seeding
- Maintenance
- Supervise a team of soft landscapers
- Notification of any H&S issues, observations or accidents in line with company procedure
- Communicate any issues or problems with Management
- Ensuring that all vehicles and machinery that you use are in good order and safe to operate
Requirements:
- Skilled in soft landscaping operations (At least 5 years experience)
- Experience in new build soft landscaping
- CSCS Card (valid / in date)
- Able to lead others
- Team player
- Driving licence
- Experience of using landscape machinery
- Ability to use self initiative
- Must be able to use plans and Planting drawings to accurately create Landscaping schemes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
