A new opportunity has arisen for a Service Receptionist to join our team at our site in Newton Abbot.
Salary: £12.75 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30pm, i.e. 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch 12:30pm to 1:30pm (unpaid).
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for visitors to the dealership.
- Ensure all telephone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
- Screen and transfer all calls.
- Ensure the reception area is well presented at all times.
- Processing start and closing order numbers with customers and fleet companies.
- Vehicle planning and use of DAF check system and company MIS.
- Preparation of estimates.
- Filing documents.
What we need:
- Previous reception experience combined with a professional telephone manner.
- Able to always remain calm and courteous.
- Confident and outgoing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
