Exciting Opportunity in Elderly Care – Recruitment & Training Role
Are you looking for a new and fulfilling role within the care sector? Do you have experience in elderly care, particularly supporting individuals living with dementia? Have you been involved in training and recruiting staff?
We are offering a dynamic and varied position that allows you to make a direct impact on service delivery through recruitment, induction, and training of our care staff. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the quality of care within our four care homes, all located in the Babbacombe area of Torquay.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about elderly care, driven by strong values, and committed to making a difference—not only for the residents we support but also for the staff we develop. A love for training and empowering others with knowledge and skills is essential.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30), with occasional out-of-hours support and training as needed.
