Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding results in the shopfitting industry? INCA Creative is hiring!
We’re looking for two dynamic Project Managers to join our team and help us bring our vision to life through our core principles: Think, Design & Manufacture.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage multiple shopfitting projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with account managers, design teams, and clients to clarify project requirements and expectations.
- Supervise and lead site activities, including conducting site surveys, ensuring safety compliance, and resolving on-site challenges proactively.
- Coordinate internal resources and external installation teams to execute seamless project delivery.
- Monitor and maintain project documentation, budgets, and schedules while managing changes effectively.
- Be actively present on-site throughout the duration of projects and travel as required across the UK, Ireland, and Europe to ensure project success.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within a fast-paced retail or shopfitting environment.
- Hands-on site experience and a proven ability to oversee projects from the ground up.
- Strong commercial knowledge, familiarity with drawings/blueprints, and an ability to translate designs into actionable plans.
- Exceptional client-facing communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools, and ideally, experience working with MRP/ERP systems.
- Must be based in Wales or London to facilitate travel and site presence requirements.
