Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will play a crucial part in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal quality protocols, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyse inspection results and document findings accurately in reports.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and other quality assurance activities.
- Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits as required.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance practices and standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with HACCP principles is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software is an advantage.
