This role as a Customer Administrator / Receptionist you will deal directly with customers, scheduling service work to their vehicles and informing them of any additional repairs required with professionalism and excellent communication skills over the phone and face to face. Customer Service is the primary focus of your role, and you will be supported fully in your development within this role. Your duties include:
1. Greeting customers, handling enquiries and scheduling work
2. Answering the telephone
3. Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with the workshop team Liaising with customers and gaining authorisation for any additional work required
4. Keeping customers fully informed and arranging vehicle collections and deliveries in a timely manner
5. Handling customer concerns
6. Responding to customer requests
7. Preparing estimates for the customer
8. Preparing invoices for the customer
9. Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
10. The ability to gather technical information and relay it in a way that customers will understand
11. Previous experience of working within the motor sector would be good but not essential
12. Driving Licence would be helpful in this job
13. Return and collecting customers/vehicles
Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30 pm
