Provide project management support to deliver on agreed areas of service development work in line with CFHD organisational and ICS priorities. The role is a collaborative one, working with operational managers, clinical leads and other staff across CFHD and involves working with system leaders across a range of partner organisations. Analyse existing processes to inform the review and redesign of practices and processed requiring improvement, while also addressing and training and development requirements of self or colleagues, where appropriate to do so. Interpret complex information which relates to project outcomes and ensure this is communicated effectively to the line manager, project team and others as required. Undertakes analysis of information interpreting any trends, patterns, and gaps. Prepares material to present this information and communicate it back to the information requester As directed by members of the CFHD Senior Leadership Team, liaise with relevant senior managers / clinicians across the trust regarding any proposed service changes that affect them and facilitate any communications as requested
