Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks and providing support to the various businesses within the group. The group of businesses include: a commercial and residential property company, a holiday let business, a fashion brand and a construction business.
This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience in Xero accounting software system is required.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date across the four businesses.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documents using Xero accounting software.
- Checking rental income, rent reviews and recording expenses on the cloud based rental software Landlord Studio.
- Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to information.
- Support team members with clerical tasks, including typing reports, memos, and other administrative tasks as required across the four businesses.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
Skills
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on organisational efficiency.
- Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive)and Xero accounting software.
- Experience with clerical duties including typing and data entry; attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment across a range of different businesses.
