The Role:

WBW Solicitors has an exciting opportunity for a well organised ambitious individual to join our support team in the Bovey Tracey office.

The role being offered is a dual role which will include Reception work for two days and an opportunity to join the Private Client Team assisting the Lawyers. This role could be ideal for someone who has legal experience and is keen to work in a busy environment with a varied role, or for someone who has a new keen interest in the law and would like to experience how a legal team works.

Responsibilities will be to provide all our clients with a high quality and first-class experience whether on reception or on behalf of the Private Client Lawyers.

Duties:

As part of Reception and Legal Support, there is an expectation to deal with incoming calls, greeting visitors to the office, effectively passing on messages to other staff, preparing the reception for the day, dealing with post, and running errands.

The support provided to the lawyers would be secretarial duties such as admin of files, document processing, diary management, and correspondence on behalf of lawyers.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will need to be computer literate and experience in front of house, client facing customer service. They will need to have the ability to prioritise in a busy environment and be willing to help support the whole office and all of the team.
