U-Educate is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Unqualified Teacher in a secondary school in Eastleigh.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain on track with their work and maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the education sector or pursue a career in teaching.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and follow provided lesson plans
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Ensure student behaviour is in line with school policies
Support students in their learning, providing guidance and assistance as needed
Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians when required

Requirements

Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to apply)
2 recent references available
Right to work in the UK
Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete free training provided by us)
