Responsibilities

Provide professional eyelash extension services, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients with a friendly demeanour.
Engage with clients on social media, promoting services and responding to inquiries.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Deliver exceptional guest services, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
Assist with makeup application as needed, showcasing your versatility in beauty services.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Experience

Proven experience in eyelash extensions is essential; certification in lash application is preferred.
Background in customer service or hospitality is highly desirable, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Experience with front desk operations or social media management would be advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for beauty and aesthetics, coupled with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
