Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing professional advice on nail care.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer innovative services.
Manage appointments efficiently to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Knowledge of various nail techniques, products, and tools.
Certification or diploma in nail technology or cosmetology is an advantage.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
A passion for beauty and aesthetics, with an eye for detail.
