Position Overview

The Devon Marquee Company is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join and contribute to a growing exciting company. The candidate must be solutions driven with strong-problem solving skills and have a good eye for details. You will have extensive knowledge in providing operational office support and office management. A good knowledge in HR and IT is required as well as having the ability to learn quickly to use our booking software. The role is based at our office in near Whiddon Down. Working hours are flexible, based on the successful candidates needs.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the office administration, including handling of suppliers, potential customer visits and contractors.
Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and booking suppliers
Client account administration and bookings
Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
Managing staff hours, deconflicting holidays and ensuring they are current and competent in their roles

Basic requirements

· Previous administration experience

· Work at company office

· Experience with computer and the office environment

· Be able to work flexible hours

· Computer literate

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
