Role Overview

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. You will be working with adults who have a range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health disorders, physical disabilities, and complex needs. Your role will be to support them in their daily lives, helping them achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Support: Assist service users with their daily activities, including personal care, mobility, and household tasks.
Independence: Encourage and support service users to live as independently as possible, helping them achieve their personal goals.
Companionship: Provide social interaction and emotional support, ensuring service users feel valued and respected.
Health & Safety: Follow all health, safety, and safeguarding protocols to maintain a safe environment for service users and staff.
Training: Participate in ongoing training, including NVQ qualifications, first aid, and safeguarding.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: No prior experience is necessary, but a caring nature and flexible approach are essential.
Training: Full training is provided, including NVQ qualifications and other relevant courses.
Support: You will have a named supervisor and access to the management team whenever you need assistance.
Pre-Employment Checks: Successful applicants will undergo enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, paid for by the company.
