Summary

Serverfarm is seeking a highly dynamic executive assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO). As the executive assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring support to the COO and managing day-to-day responsibilities. Your contributions will be instrumental in establishing yourself as an indispensable member within the organization. You will have a proven track record of effectively coordinating complex schedules, managing projects, and maintaining the utmost attentive to detail and confidentiality in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Key Accountabilities

Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the COO; managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and tracking tasks.
Streamline communications and be the primary point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders and ensure professional and timely communication occurs.
Assist in project management from the COO, ensuring tasks requested to internal/external stakeholders are completed timely.
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the COO.
Organize and coordinate meetings and other events as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, communication, and other distribution communication by compiling data and resources.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Provide selective support to direct reports and others within the organization.

You will receive an annual salary of up to £55,000 (depending on experience) + Discretionary Annual Bonus + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
