Overview
We are a Family business looking for a driven and proactive internal sales support individual to support our Sales team in growing the business by attracting new and maintaining our existing customer base.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain links with current customer base
Process orders, quote and information request
Support Sales staff with administrative duties, quotes, orders etc follow ups etc
Oversee CRM system
Managing inboxes
Process website orders and assist with live chat and web inquiries.
Targeted proactive telephone marketing to new prospects.
Assist with the development of the website - Adding new products etc
Taking incoming calls
Assist with social media marketing activity

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
Proficiency in CRM software is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organisation.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Hours - Monday to Friday 8.00 - 17.00

Holiday - 23 Days + Bank Holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
