Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks across different projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely. This role is crucial in supporting our operations and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Duties

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas and machinery to ensure a safe environment.
Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required.
Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning discussions.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.

Skills

Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour for extended periods.
Able to work in all weather conditions.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Clean driving license and own transport essential.
