We are looking for a Minute Takers and Administrators for a temp to perm position in Plymouth area to start in immediately.

Hours: 36h, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm

Pay rate: £12.85-£13.47/h PAYE depending on the experience

Successful candidate will be providing administrative support to the Children’s Services teams.

The main purpose of the role:

To manage various logging systems making sure accurate input of the data
To take minutes at the meetings and distribute them accordingly and in a timely manner
To answer frontline calls and direct them as appropriate
To respond to all email and phone queries
To liaise with multi-agency professionals both internally and externally in a professional and confidential manner
To undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of the post, as required to ensure the efficient and effective running of the Service.

Experience / Requirements:

Extensive minute taking skills
Typing speed of 55wpm (to be checked prior test)
Competent numeracy and literacy skills
Organized, strong admin skills and excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritize the workload effectively and work to deadlines
Professional telephone manner
Ability to use initiative and to be self-motivated as well as working as a part of the team
