Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Night Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining orderliness in designated areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

Welcome and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs during night hours.
Handle late arrivals, early departures, and special guest requests efficiently.
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.
Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the system.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and process payments.
Monitor security systems and handle emergency situations as needed.
Assist with basic administrative tasks and end-of-day reports (night audits).
Setting up of meeting rooms and conference rooms in the night
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for early morning guest needs.
Ensure lobby and reception areas remain clean and presentable
Comply with hotel policies, safety procedures, and GDPR guidelines.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £12.25 per hour
