Salary: £23,751.00 per annum (pro rata)

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading care and support provider’s in the Plymouth area on a pilot project seeking to transform care, improving people’s quality of life & quality of sleep by utilising the PERMAH model.

The Practice Champion will be a vital support mechanism for the Practice Leader & Care Coordinator to:

Promote quality of sleep (QoS) & quality of life (QoL)
Facilitate a positive work culture based on PBS practices
Meet service user needs & wants
Coach staff (modelling & feedback)
Develop staff practice
Encourage active engagement in meaningful activities & relationships
Safeguard service users from harm
