Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and skilled Doctor to support our Senior Management Team on an ad-hoc basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and improving the clinical standards and medical practices within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a medical professional who is looking for a flexible yet impactful role within a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert medical advice to the Senior Management Team on operational and clinical matters.
Assist in the development and implementation of medical protocols and best practices.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health and safety standards.
Participate in the oversight of clinical governance, audits, and quality assurance programs.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient care and service delivery.
Act as a liaison between the medical team and management to ensure seamless communication.
Support the training and development of EMS staff from a clinical perspective.

Requirements:

Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and full GMC registration.
At least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Previous experience in emergency medicine, general practice, or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work flexibly on an ad-hoc basis.
Knowledge of EMS services is a plus but not essential.
Located in or willing to travel to the Cullompton area.
