Role Outline

This is a full time role 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, between the core hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm.

This is a remote based, maternity cover role for up to 1 year.

Arranging on-site vaccination clinics at multiple client sites (the CBA will be assigned a list of locations they are responsible for).
Responsible for agreeing dates & times of clinics with client sites and clinicians or partners/ suppliers.
Ensuring process is followed to organise on-site clinics (this includes confirmation of a room booking, confirmation of pharmacy stock levels, making vaccine orders if required and sharing appointment lists with appropriate stakeholders).
Liaising with clients, their employees, internal staff and partners/ suppliers via email (some outgoing telephone calls may be required to follow up outstanding or urgent queries).
Appointment booking – using internal (Gateway) or external systems.
Maintaining contact with client sites and clients to ensure they have up to date information regarding clinics due to take place.
Completion of attendance information.
Escalating issues/ feedback to relevant colleagues.
Working within company/client SLAs.
