Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable relief passenger escort to join our team to cover staff sickness on an as and when basis. In order to be successful you must be available at short notice and flexible with varied routes you will be required to assist with. Although we would aim to have you collected from home, transport would be beneficial and costs of transport would be covered when necessary! Hours can not be guaranteed so this would suit someone semi retired etc.

This is to join our professional work force in transporting school children safely to various schools over Devon. Successful applicants will have to pass and undergo a DBS Check and Online Training.

You must be available between the following hours 07:00 to 09:30 Then again at 14:00 to 17:00 to be suitable for this position. These times of day are typically when we operate school runs. That's Monday - Friday, 38 Weeks a year ( School Terms )

You MUST be comfortable working with children with special education needs with a great deal of empathy! You will be required to assist children with various needs during the journey to and from school.

Experience in care or working with children would be an advantage but not essential.
