*Job Summary*

We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant restaurant team., This is WEEKENDS ONLY. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by providing top-notch customer service and support in the dining area.

*Responsibilities*

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude

- Assist guests with seating arrangements and take reservations

- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

- Serve meals and beverages promptly while adhering to quality standards

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally

- Process payments accurately using the POS system

*Skills*

- Proficiency in basic maths for handling transactions

- Knowledge of culinary terms and food preparation techniques is advantageous

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food safety protocols

- Strong guest service orientation with a passion for hospitality

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is beneficial

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £10.21-£11.00 per hour
