Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Builder to join our growing team in constructing high end residential properties. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of all building trades and new build processes. The candidate will be able to take lead and work as part of a team. Experience on similar projects is necessary. Pay negotiable depending on experience. Full long term position available for right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Perform /carpentry joinery work for structures

- Be able to work from drawings
- Engage in heavy lifting tasks when required
- Use initiative to overcome issues
- Have understanding on programmes and schedules
- Work on roofing projects as part of the building process
- Use hand tools proficiently for precision work
- Work individually or as part of a team
- Execute masonry work as necessary
- Apply carpentry skills to enhance building projects

Experience
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in joinery techniques
- Capability to manage heavy lifting duties
- Experience in fabricating building components
- Competence in using power tools effectively
- Knowledge of roofing procedures
- Proficient in utilising hand tools for construction tasks
- Familiarity with masonry techniques
- Experience in carpentry for construction enhancements

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: £20.00-£27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
